We confirm the therapist’s registration number is active and in good standing on the public register of their regulatory college — CRPO, the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, OCSWSSW, or another applicable college.
We confirm the name on the registration matches the person applying.
We confirm the practice location, where there is one, and that the contact details provided are accurate and reachable.
We may re-check registration information. If a registration lapses, is suspended, or is revoked, the listing may be reviewed or removed.
The “Verified by OttawaCounselling” badge means that the practitioner’s information was checked against the relevant college’s public register at the time of verification. It does not mean OttawaCounselling guarantees or endorses the practitioner, their qualifications, services, or ongoing registration status.
