FIND · COMPARE · CONNECT

How it works

There’s no cost to search the directory, no account needed to browse, and no obligation once you contact a therapist.

STEP ONE

Search

Search by area of support (anxiety, trauma, relationships, grief, and more), modality (CBT, EMDR, DBT, psychodynamic, and others), neighbourhood, language, or practitioner type (Registered Psychotherapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, Clinical Counsellor). You can filter to see only therapists who are currently accepting new clients.

STEP TWO

Compare

Every profile shows the same core information so you can compare properly: credentials and college registration, years in practice, modalities used, areas of support, session format, fee range, direct billing or insurance information where provided, and languages spoken. Some profiles also include client testimonials.

STEP THREE

Connect

Contact the therapist directly using the method they’ve listed — phone, email, a booking link, or an intake form. If they’re full, you can join their waitlist and check back later for availability.
