Listed therapists are responsible for their own registration, the accuracy of their profile, their fees, their client relationships, and following the rules of their regulatory college.
We don’t guarantee that a therapist is currently accepting clients, that they’re the right fit, or any particular outcome.
We may decline, pause, or remove a practitioner listing if we cannot confirm the practitioner’s registration, if their registration is found to be lapsed, suspended, or revoked, if the listing contains inaccurate information or inappropriate content, or if concerns are raised about the practitioner’s practice. Practitioners are responsible for ensuring that their profile information remains accurate and up to date.
